Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC); at least two (2) years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist; ability to read, analyze, and interpret clinical information and technical procedures; excellent documentation skills; effective communication skills with patients, physicians, and staff; proficiency in mathematical concepts such as ratios and percentages; strong reasoning skills; and the ability to interpret technical, clinical, and procedural situations.

• Additional Information: Candidates must have at least 2 years of hospital experience working with NICU and PICU patient populations. The position may require being on-call during nights, weekends, and holidays to provide continuous patient support.
