Abrasive Machining and Deburr Operator
Join us in Lake Hallie, WI, where craftsmanship meets consistency. In this role, you transform raw edges into precision finishes that meet exacting standards.
Your impactEvery part you touch moves our production forward. You bring components to spec, uphold quality, and help the team meet critical timelines—safely and efficiently.
Core responsibilities- Run grinding and deburring machines to achieve specified finishes on metal parts.
- Verify finished products meet quality and specification requirements.
- Keep your station orderly to promote safety and efficient throughput.
- Work closely with the team to reach production goals and deadlines.
- Carry out routine equipment maintenance to maintain peak performance.
- Adhere to all safety standards and protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous grinding, deburring, or related manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communicator with a positive mindset.
- Open to learning and adapting to new processes and technologies.
