Quality Control Manager

Performance Objectives- Design and implement comprehensive quality control protocols to elevate product standards, achieving a 98% compliance rate across all manufacturing lines.
- Lead a cross-functional team to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements, reducing waste and rework by 20% within the first year.
- Develop robust training programs for staff to enhance workmanship, resulting in a 30% decrease in on-site quality issues.
- Conduct rigorous product testing and inspections, ensuring products meet client specifications and industry regulations.
- Facilitate monthly quality audits and present actionable insights to elevate our product offerings and market competitiveness.
- Collaborative team-based environment with direct reporting to the Director of Operations.
- Access to cutting-edge technology and tools necessary to advance quality control initiatives.
- Budgetary support for team training and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Quality Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management within the construction or manufacturing sector.
