This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long‑term placement. The ideal candidate will assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with daily property maintenance operations while helping ensure apartments and common areas are properly maintained. Job Responsibilities: Assist with daily maintenance operations for the property Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance Complete service requests and work orders Assist with apartment make‑readies and inspections Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliance, and drywall issues Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas Support emergency maintenance calls as needed Qualifications: HVAC Certification required Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred Must have your own basic tools Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Schedule: Full-Time Pay: Competitive pay based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaizen Lab Inc.
