Project Executive - Industrial Construction

We are partnered with a leading commercial general contractor with a strong presence across the Southwest and national markets. This organization delivers complex ground-up and technically challenging projects across mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, commercial, and advanced technology sectors. The Project Executive will provide operational leadership, client management, business development support, and executive oversight for multiple projects and project teams throughout Arizona and surrounding markets. The role serves as a key link between operations, preconstruction, field leadership, and ownership teams to ensure successful project delivery from pursuit through closeout. Role and Responsibilities Provide executive oversight for multiple concurrent construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project teams while supporting overall operational excellence. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as the primary executive contact throughout project lifecycles. Partner with preconstruction and estimating teams on budgeting, GMP development, value engineering, and proposal strategy. Drive project planning, risk management, scheduling strategy, procurement oversight, and financial performance. Review project forecasts, cost reports, change management processes, and overall project health to ensure successful outcomes. Support business development initiatives, client presentations, interviews, and pursuit strategies for new opportunities. Collaborate with executive leadership to identify market opportunities and growth strategies across Arizona and the Southwest. Oversee subcontractor and trade partner relationships to ensure performance, quality, and schedule adherence. Champion safety, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives across all assigned projects. Resolve high-level project challenges involving clients, design teams, trade partners, and internal stakeholders. Support staffing, succession planning, and professional development efforts for operations personnel. Projects & Scope Mission Critical / Data Center Advanced Manufacturing Semiconductor and Technology Facilities Industrial and Distribution Centers Healthcare and Medical Facilities Complex MEP and Commissioning-Intensive Projects Qualifications and Experience 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor. Experience leading multiple project teams and overseeing large-scale construction programs. Strong background in preconstruction, operations, project controls, and client management. Proven success delivering complex ground-up projects in sectors such as mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, or commercial construction. Demonstrated experience managing project financials, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting. Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
