Infant Visitation Case Manager — Reunification Focus

Community Care Alliance is seeking a Clinical Case Manager for the Infant Supervised Visitation Program in Woonsocket, RI. The role focuses on babies aged 0-2 and their parents, conducting center-based visits weekly and transitioning to home visits as reunification progresses. Training in evidence-based bonding approaches is provided.
