Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues Perform equipment startups, commissioning support, and warranty service Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, and related equipment Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Complete digital service reports and work orders accurately Communicate professionally with customers and provide exceptional service Build strong customer relationships through reliable, high-quality work Maintain company safety standards and industry best practices Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Opportunities for overtime are available, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment preferred Knowledge of rooftop units, split systems, package units, and refrigeration systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to safely climb ladders and operate scissor or aerial lifts Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience EPA Certification Building automation or controls experience Experience servicing healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities Manufacturer certifications or formal HVAC training Residential technicians looking to transition into commercial HVAC are encouraged to apply.
