What You’ll Do Lead the firm’s interior design growth strategy across the Pacific Northwest Develop relationships with owners, developers, investors, builders, and industry partners Identify new opportunities and guide major pursuits from initial contact through project delivery Serve as a trusted advisor on interior design, procurement, and project execution Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements Mentor designers and project leaders in client engagement and business developmentHelp strengthen a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team culture What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture 10+ years of leadership experience within a highly regarded design firm 10+ years of successful business development experience Strong relationships and market knowledge within the Pacific Northwest A proven ability to generate opportunities and build executive-level client relationships Excellent communication, presentation, and pursuit leadership skills Certified Interior Designer credentials are preferred Why This Opportunity?
