Mortgage Operations Coordinator

Supporting the mortgage fulfillment team, the full-time Operations Coordinator will coordinate disclosures, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with loan setup and workflow management in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate and track disclosures to ensure compliance with TRID and regulatory timelines Order, prepare, review, and verify documents required for accurate loan disclosures Communicate with various operational teams to resolve outstanding items and maintain workflow efficiency Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Two or more years of mortgage processing, loan coordination, or related experience preferred Basic understanding of TRID, QM, and mortgage disclosure requirements Working knowledge of residential mortgage documents and the mortgage lending process Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mortgage-related software
