Job Description

Smith Personnel is hiring a Purchasing Coordinator in Arlington, TX 76011!

Pay Rate: $20.00 or more DOE

Shift Hours: 8AM - 5PM MON-FRI

Job Description

Seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and support inventory needs.

Responsibilities:

Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
Communicate with vendors and negotiate pricing.
Monitor inventory and help prevent shortages.
Resolve and order supplier and delivery issues.
Maintain purchasing records and prepare reports.
Support cost control and procurement improvements
Must also keep track of weekly time sheets

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred.
Purchasing or supply-chain experience.
Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent organization, communication, negotiation, and attention to detail.
