Overtime available as needed. PHARMACIST | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing home infusion therapies through clinical review, sterile compounding, patient care coordination, and operational workflow support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safe, compliant, and accurate medication dispensing. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PHARMACIST | RESPONSIBILITIES: Review referrals for appropriateness, including medication, dosage, route of administration, and laboratory requirements. Manage new patient admissions and refill authorizations. Perform medication reconciliation and provide patient counseling. Monitor therapies requiring laboratory oversight and coordinate care with providers and nursing teams. Accurately enter prescriptions, complete documentation, and support claim adjudication processes. Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications in compliance with USP standards. Ensure proper labeling, lot tracking, and quality assurance procedures. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians. Assist with inventory management and medication procurement. Support pharmacy production and delivery workflows to ensure timely patient care. PHARMACIST | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Active Pharmacist license in good standing. Required: Previous Home Infusion Pharmacy experience. Experience with sterile compounding and USP compliance standards. Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
