Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Therapy Programs: Assess patients' individual needs and formulate personalized therapy plans to help them reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based approaches to improve motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in close cooperation with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, as well as physicians and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate patients and caregivers about therapeutic techniques to continue their progress at home.
• Track and Revise Clinical Progress: Monitor treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure patients remain on track toward their rehabilitation goals.

Education & Credentials

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Engagement in continuing education or advanced certifications is encouraged and supported

Required Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory

Essential Skills
