Well establish HVAC/R Service Company is looking to hire a Head dispatcher immediately, the following qualifications:
• Experience is a must
• Reliable
• Punctual
• Organized
• Strong computer skills
• Must be able to deal directly with customers tactfully by phone
• Able to work well with field service mechanics and office staff
• Updating service program and entering information
• Updating Time Sheets for weekly payroll
• Daily scheduling of mechanics and service calls A more detailed list of responsibilities will be provided at the time of the interview Salary commensurate with experience and skill level
