LVN Charge Nurse

Position Summary: Oversees and supports C.N.A.s to ensure the timely delivery of quality care to patients, interpreting and clarifying medical instruction from physicians or Director of Nursing (DON), charting and reporting on any changes in conditions, passing medications and delivering other treatment regimens required in accordance with all regulations and policies governing nursing and patient care.
