Job Description The Manager, HCP Marketing, supports the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies focused on health care providers for the BOTOX Cosmetic. This role will champion customer marketing asset development, business model execution and field team support, provider-focused campaigns, and promotions, competitive planning, and sales force connectivity and engagement. The Manager will work fluidly between cross‑functional partners and external agencies and must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of HCP‑targeted assets, messaging, and educational content aligned to business objectives and field needs. Oversight of agency relationships and effective management of the marketing budget. Guide competitive monitoring and planning, as well as asset development to for competitive strategies. Assist in promotional campaigns, launches, and pricing initiatives to drive consideration, trial, and conversion. Drive connectivity and engagement between the brand and cross‑functional teams, delivering strategic tools, resources, and agile communications to support field impact. Ensure excellence in execution and compliance by fostering strong partnerships with Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance. Monitor performance and KPIs, leveraging insights and field feedback to optimize initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred. 5+ years of consumer marketing/brand‑management experience executing 360‑degree brand campaigns. Preferred experience in aesthetics, beauty, fashion, wellness or CPG marketing. Agency Management experience preferred. Additional Information The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
