In this role, you'll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of careall within one vibrant, on-site campus.

From inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, you'll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. • Compensation: $40.00 - $49.00 per hour (FT & PT), based on experience
• Compensation: PRN Flat rate $55.00 per hour

What we require:

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to document services accurately and on time
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred
