Minimum Qualifications Current RN license by MS Board of Nursing; ability to read/write/communicate effectively. Preferred Qualifications Coordinate care and perform assessments. Develop Plans of Care and educate patients/families. Participate in performance improvement. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices. Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment. Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.
