Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports accurately and timely
- Manage budgeting processes to align with organizational goals
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and variances
- Approve payroll to ensure correct and timely payments
- Maintain general accounting records and processes
- Enter data accurately into the general ledger
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Expertise in financial reporting and budgeting
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with account reconciliation and payroll processes
