We’re looking for a driven, people-first Staffing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping others succeed, and is motivated by exceeding goals.

This is an in-office position located in Holland, Michigan. Remote work is not available.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, interview, and place candidates in contract and direct hire roles

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across light industrial, skilled trades, and administrative roles

• Develop and grow client relationships through consistent communication and results

• Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates, employees, and clients

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Track and maintain accurate data in systems and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Proven success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven or sales-oriented environment

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Ability to influence, negotiate, and problem-solve

• Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) EEO guidelines
