The Team Lead collaborates closely with staff to coordinate scheduling and assignments, train and monitor testing activities, and facilitate clear communication across the team. This role primarily involves providing technical support and mentorship, assisting with testing procedures as needed, and monitoring daily workflow to ensure efficiency and quality./ppREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/pulliAssociates degree (for direct supervision over Lab Testing Technicians) in a scientific discipline/liliwith 3-5 years of experience in clinical laboratory testing./liliTechnical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in clinical laboratory procedures and methodologies across multiple assays with proficiency in performing data analysis./liliCollaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment./li/ulpPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/pulliBachelor of Science preferred (for direct supervision over Molecular Technologists) in a scientific discipline or equivalent/liliPreferred 2-4 years of experience in a High Complexity Testing./li/ulpSCHEDULE/pulliMonday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, working from our Pittsburgh, PA laboratory location./liliProvide support outside scheduled hours as needed, and on weekends as necessary for troubleshooting issues, including reagents, equipment, environmental factors, building concerns, and patient sample testing./li/ulpREADY TO JOIN OUR BIOTECH TEAM?/ppWe truly appreciate your time.
