Client Experience Coordinator

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Customer Relationship Coordinator to support our Customer Relationship team and operations. You will greet clients, route inquiries, assist in report creation, and coordinate with management and labs to resolve basic customer issues. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, excellent written and verbal communication, and CRM familiarity.
