Chef de Partie

Bellecour, Gavin Kaysen's French-influenced bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for a Chef de Partie for our dinner service. Our line cooks must be able to learn from mistakes, cultivate a positive attitude through good and bad days, and hold to a culture of respect for all team members.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and breakdown of assigned station
• Completing prep lists
• Communicating ordering needs
• Maintaining a well organized and clean work environment
• Properly following health and sanitation requirements based on the guidance of the Chef Team and the Department of Health
• Other duties as necessitated by business demands

Requirements:

• Ability to stand on your feet for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook
• Evening and weekend availability

Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $22.00)
