Do you have what it takes? · Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment combined with a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) · Delivery of Employee training · Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing · Point of sale automated systems · Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising · Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs. The base salary for the position is $20.11 to $21.51. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions. The hourly wage for the position has a range of $20.70 to $22.10 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
