Personal Injury Paralegal

Position Overview Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast‑paced personal injury practice. The role involves working closely with clients from intake through litigation, assisting with case development and trial preparation, and managing active matters including workers' compensation files. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, including conducting intake and welcome calls. Review retainers, supporting documents, and case details to ensure accurate file setup and ongoing case management. Communicate with clients and third parties to obtain records and other required documentation. Draft legal correspondence and assist attorneys with litigation support, trial preparation, and docket management. Qualifications At least 1 year of paralegal experience in personal injury is required. Familiarity with workers' compensation matters is strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and outside parties. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
