I originally got my start in the industry working for a family member who was a State Farm agent, which gave me the opportunity to learn the business and develop a passion for helping people protect what matters most. I attended BYU and have always been very active. I enjoy playing basketball and pickleball and was once on track to pursue professional football. My family keeps me busy - I’m married with three kids and we even have cows, which adds a little extra character to life outside the office. Giving back to the community is very important to me. One of the highlights each year is hosting a special needs Easter event and supporting Melissa High School and other initiatives throughout the city. Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brady Paxman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
