Private Equity, Fund Accounting & Administration, Senior Associate

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate to contribute to the Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services business unit of the State Street Alternative Investment Services Group. The role involves delivering financial reporting and accounting support to premier real‑estate‑fund clients, propelling innovative solutions that improve how State Street serves its customers. Responsibilities Maintain the general ledger for global real‑estate‑fund entities. Prepare supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules, and capital‑account allocations. Prepare financial statements and mandatory footnote disclosures. Conduct analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment performance data. Review and/or prepare capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations. Compute mandatory incentive and annual fee calculations. Prepare client correspondence. Calculate mandatory waterfalls and capital‑account allocations. Execute mandatory and ad‑hoc special projects. Qualifications Fund accounting or public accounting experience. CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification. Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients. Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and meet client deliverables. Salary Range $52,000 - $94,120 per year.
