You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets our members’ expectations. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate and develop interpersonal skills to provide customer service; maintain inventory levels and control shrinkage. Plan bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs; follow recipe measurements; use a variety of products (decorating bags, tips, nozzles); create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items; adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality. Drive the performance of the bakery area; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; prepare for seasonal events that impact bakery volume (holidays, graduations, family events); identify member needs and assist with purchasing decisions; resolve member issues and concerns. Act as a brand advocate by valuing the member experience in Bakery; model high‑quality service and products; interact with associates to understand roadblocks; assist in training and inspiring them to work in a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy and execute business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and determine ways to address improvement opportunities and learn from feedback. Minimum Qualifications 6 months experience in a fresh production area. Must be 18 years of age or older. Complete all required job‑training and assessments within the prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Cake decorating skill. Location 301 Indian Lake Blvd, Hendersonville, TN 37075-6218, United States. Compensation Hourly wage range: $20.00 – $28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed).
