Pastry Line Cook

What’s the role? Pastry Line Cook As part of our Pastry kitchen team and reporting to the Pastry leadership team, you will: Assist with prep and producing high-quality plated desserts, petit fours, mousses, ice creams, and custards for three on-site restaurants as well as event spaces. the food and ingredients our chefs need to smoothly cook and serve amazing quality food Assist in chocolate work, cake decorating and other specialty pastry techniques Maintain a clean and organized workstation Collaborate with the team and Pastry Leadership to uphold the Ned’s Club culinary standards Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the pastry arts field What you can bring to the role Previous pastry kitchen experience or culinary school exposure is an advantage, but not essential.
