Court Witness Coordinator

Duties
The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.
Prepares memoranda, policy statements, written guidelines and recommendations, and detailed action plans and schedules for long and short-range project accomplishment; and ensures that plans are consistent with Service goals, schedules, and policies. Establishes a system to review, control, and report on Court Witness program status.
Recommends resource requirements and negotiates with management to obtain needed resources and support. Monitors status and resources to meet goals and objectives and recommends adjustment of work plans and resources for project accomplishment.
Prepares and presents briefings on the entire range of Campus and National Computer Center actions applicable to specific cases.
Plans, coordinates, and establishes operating methods and procedures for accomplishment of the Court Witness Program mission and assists in the development and delivery of employee training relating to the program.
Assists Small Business/Self Employed Division, Wage and Investment Division, Criminal Investigation Division employees, the United States Attorney's staff, and other law enforcement agencies, in pre-trial preparation.
