Forklift Operator

Our client is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring efficient and safe handling of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Oak Ridge, TN
Pay Range: 17-19/hr
Shift: First shift, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Operate forklift equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during all material handling activities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency
What's Needed?
- Ability to operate forklift machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team environment
