Civil Engineer / Project Manager

Position not approved for third-party recruiters. Burgess & Niple is looking for a Civil Engineer - Project Manager to join our team in Norfolk or Richmond, VA. This position is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to lead and complete interesting and challenging projects.
