Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Current driver‘s license
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
• Homecare Homebase experience

Location Highlights

Tucson offers access to outdoor recreation and noted desert landmarks. Saguaro National Park sits on both the east and west sides of the city, and Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is about 12 miles from downtown with tram and trail access. The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum is located about 15 miles west of central Tucson, and Mission San Xavier del Bac is about 10 miles south with Spanish Colonial architecture and regional history. Mount Lemmon rises to more than 9,000 feet in the Santa Catalina Mountains, and the scenic drive from Tucson takes about 1 hour with hiking, rock climbing, and cooler temperatures.
