Technical Support Engineer: Fintech API & Incident Response

Zero Hash is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Chicago to troubleshoot complex client integrations, drive the reliability of our global transfer platform, and communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will partner with Engineering to prioritize bugs, build internal tooling and dashboards, monitor API health, and lead incident support for enterprise clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr Zero Hash
