Java Fullstack Architect (React & Node)
Location:
Irving, TX (On-site/Hybrid as applicable)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java, React, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across full-stack projects.
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to ensure the technology stack remains modern and efficient.
- Mentor and guide development teams on complex technical issues, system design, and architecture decisions.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and deliver excellent user experience.
- Work with DevOps and QA teams to streamline deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
- Document architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in an architectural or technical lead role.
- Strong expertise in Java, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and serverless architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, caching strategies, and messaging systems.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
