Assistant Bakery ManagerClements' Marketplace seeks a full-time Assistant Bakery Manager for our location in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Clements' is a family owned and operated business with four locations and ties to RI & MA since 1980. Clements' also offers dental and vision benefits, life insurance, short term disability plans, 401K and tuition assistance programs.Duties & Responsibilities:Monitor the freshness of products and manage inventory.Prepare and bake products as needed.Follow proper cleaning, sanitation and food safety guidelines. Equipment will be utilized in a safe manner, in accordance with store policies and procedure. Maintaining proper organization of work spaces is also required.Oversee the daily operation of our bakery department to ensure customer service standards are met. This includes some coordination of department staff.Work closely with other staff members and management to maintain department goals. This position may perform other duties as required.Qualifications:At least two years previous working experience in a related field.Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.Highly motivated individual that can work in a fast paced retail environment.Ability to multi-task, have excellent time management and organizational skills.Pay: $18-21/hourHave a resume to send?
