Department Specific Information
How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 4 Will they have to float/cover any other areas? No Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties General, OBGYN Vascular, Procedures, Drains, BX Experience or 'Must have' skills Procedures Average # of scans/studies per day 8-10 sometimes more EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use Fuji EPIC Department Specific Equipment (Client, Phillips, Siemens) Phillips Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech No Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No Radiologist in-house? Yes except on call Do they have to start IV's? (if applicable to the department) No
Shifts & Scheduling
Schedule is 4 10 hr shifts variable days 7am -5:30 or 7:30 - 6pm Weekend Requirements Yes except on call Holiday Requirements yes if needed Call or Standby requirement? Yes- Call- 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend. Scrub Color/Dress Code: Are scrubs provided? Any professional color scrubs Department specific orientation Yes
