Stone Countertop Installer Lead | $20-$30/hr

Looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship? Join a growing team specializing in custom stone countertops and high-end installations where your skills make a visible impact every day.

What You'll Do:

• Lead stone countertop installations at customer locations
• Perform detailed finish work and ensure flawless final products
• Use hand and power tools to measure, fit, and install countertops and cabinetry
• Load, transport, and handle finished materials with care
• Work independently on jobsites while maintaining top-quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ months of countertop installation experience (stone preferred)
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed

Pay: $20-$30/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM or until the work is done (50-60 hours/week common)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
