This position ensures the reliability, performance, and safety of critical assets while driving operational excellence throughout the division. The successful candidate will lead maintenance teams, oversee repair and installation activities, manage departmental budgets, and implement data-driven strategies that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset life. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a division-wide maintenance strategy across multiple sites. Lead, coach, and develop maintenance professionals to support operational goals. Oversee maintenance, repair, and equipment installation activities. Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and capital improvement projects. Utilize maintenance metrics and data analytics to drive continuous improvement. Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and overall operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For Strong maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, metals, distribution, or related environments. Exceptional mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and systems. Proven success leading maintenance operations across multiple facilities or regions.
