Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-time opportunity at The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Haverhill! As an LPN with our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their overall well‑being. Openings are on 7a-3p and 11p-7a, with an every‑other weekend rotation. Hourly rates range between $38 and $43, depending on the shift, with shift differentials for overnights and weekends. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN. Supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant to ensure high‑quality care. Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident, maintain accurate resident care plans, and follow physician’s orders. Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes, review patient records daily, and visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs. Administer medication according to procedure, maintain accurate and safe control of all drugs, and initiate emergency procedures as necessary. Requirements Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program. CPR certified. Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in Massachusetts. New graduates welcome! Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in long‑term care or rehabilitation setting. Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures. Leadership and supervisory ability. Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
