Manage construction and real estate litigation. Argue motions in state and federal courts. Take and defend depositions. Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs. Qualifications Bar Admissions: New Jersey required (bonus points for Pennsylvania or New York). 3+ years of litigation experience. Deposition and trial experience.
