Compliance Specialist

To support the Client Information Risk Services department, the full-time Business Intake Compliance Specialist will review, analyze, and manage client relationship documents, respond to inquiries from legal staff, and create customized reports while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and categorize engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines to ensure compliance with Firm policy Manage data changes for client/matter data and communicate with data providers regarding discrepancies Create and provide standard and customized reports as requested, while guiding staff on report content and structure Required qualifications Strong research, analytical, and reasoning skills with an understanding of data interrelations Familiarity with basic legal terminology and client engagement documents Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet shifting deadlines effectively Reliable and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team Excellent customer service orientation with a proactive approach
