Operations Manager

Inspector – Quality Control Location: Merrimack, NH Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $20–$26 per hour Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Inspector to join our Quality Control team. The role involves overseeing the quality control process to ensure that products meet all regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in‑process items, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications. Document inspection findings and recommend actions for corrective measures when needed. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare reports for management review. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred. At least 2 years of experience in a quality inspection or quality control environment. Knowledge of quality standards and regulations applicable to the industry. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
