Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Minimum of 5 years of EHS and/or ISO management experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements. Experience leading internal, external, and certification audits. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to support multiple manufacturing facilities. ISO Lead Auditor, CSP, ASP, OSHA 30, or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus. ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) across multiple manufacturing facilities. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards while leading surveillance and recertification audits. Develop, implement, and manage company-wide Environmental, Health & Safety programs. Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations while maintaining all required documentation and reporting. Conduct internal audits, safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis initiatives. Develop and deliver ISO, safety, and regulatory compliance training programs. Monitor KPIs and present quality, environmental, and safety performance metrics to executive leadership. Partner with operations, engineering, production, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
