Work Environment\n

This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing for a comfortable and productive setting. As an outpatient office, our clinic operates with a team-oriented approach, fostering collaboration among therapists, psychiatrists, and other health professionals. Our work hours are convenient, running Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, while maintaining empathy and professionalism throughout the process.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various mental health issues.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to enhance their understanding and coping strategies.

• Monitor client progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Facilitate interdisciplinary communication by working with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to continuously improve treatment methodologies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges related to divorce and relationship dynamics. This role involves addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, helping clients build resilience and improve their interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
