This role works closely with the Clinic Manager, Clinical Director, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative teams to maintain high operational standards, ensure schedule accuracy, support staff and families, and uphold all Golden Steps ABA policies.This is a hands-on leadership support position requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily clinic opening and closing proceduresMaintain clinic organization, cleanliness, and safety standardsSupport and reinforce clinic schedules, attendance tracking, and room assignmentsEnsure therapy rooms and materials are prepared dailyMonitor supply levels and restock as neededAssist with facility maintenance requests and vendor coordinationEnsure completion of daily logs, safety checks, and required compliance documentationSupport the Clinic Manager with RBT scheduling, shift coverage, and daily staff flowHelp coordinate staff rotations, lunches, and breaksAssist with welcoming, onboarding, and orienting new RBTsProvide ongoing support to staff to maintain a positive clinic cultureAssist with implementing staff appreciation and team-building activitiesGreet families and provide warm, professional communicationAssist with the onboarding and orientation of new clients entering clinic-based servicesSupport parent questions and clinic navigationFacilitate smooth transitions between therapy sessions and roomsAssist with obtaining required forms, consents, and documentationAssist Clinic Manager with daily schedule and attendance reviewTrack cancellations and same-day changesCommunicate schedule adjustments to staff and clinical teamsAssist with coordinating make-up sessions when appropriateMonitor session utilization and notify leadership of attendance concernsMaintain clinic binders, posted compliance materials, and required documentationAssist with collecting staff certifications, CPR/First Aid status, and training recordsSupport timely completion of incident reports and proper documentation proceduresReinforce compliance with Golden Steps ABA policies, HIPAA, and safety protocolsAssist with safety drills (fire, lockdown, elopement, medical)Ensure crisis materials and emergency supplies are adequately stockedSupport Clinical Director and Clinic Manager during safety or behavioral incidentsMaintain documentation required for licensing or internal auditsSupport coordination between BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and RBTsHelp organize BCBA overlap schedules within the clinicAssist with parent meeting coordination and communicationReinforce behavioral expectations and clinic-wide initiativesModel professionalism and communicate respectfully at all timesMaintain confidentiality and HIPAA complianceAssist in problem-solving daily challengesProvide support and accountability among clinic staffMaintain flexibility to meet evolving clinic needsBenefitsGolden Steps ABA provides equal employment opportunity to all persons without regard to race, color, religion, creed, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, citizenship status, national origin, ethnicity, military/veteran status, or disability which can be reasonably accommodated without undue hardship, or any other classification protected by law.
