Systems Analyst Albany, NY (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
-
Develop requirements, test plans, UAT and regression testing for MECM/WMS.
-
Analyze business/system gaps and define user requirements.
-
Troubleshoot system issues and support help desk activities.
-
Create reports and perform data analysis.
-
Document processes and coordinate with SMEs, policy teams and business stakeholders.
-
Apply Medicaid policies/regulations to system processes.
Requirements:
-
1.5+ yrs: Test plans/test cases for web applications.
-
1.5+ yrs: Application testing + JIRA/JSM or similar defect tracking.
-
5+ yrs: Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, MS Access or similar reporting.
-
1.5+ yrs: Functional & regression testing.
-
1.5+ yrs: BRD analysis and gap identification.
-
1+ yr: Help desk/software troubleshooting.
-
Master's in Computer Science or related field.
-
5+ yrs: SQL/PLSQL/Python or similar data analysis.
-
Must meet the first 2 requirements + at least 4 of the remaining 6.
-
Must be authorized to work in the US.
