Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Provide direct therapy and interventions to elementary, middle, or high school students as assigned
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques for diverse learning needs
