Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at American Extrusion Int. as a CNC Machinist.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC Machines to produce high quality parts according to specifications.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
Select and install tooling, fixtures and machine accessories as required.
Perform routine maintenance and inspecitons on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

Proven experience
Proficiency in programming, setting up, operation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of machining techniques, tools and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Attention to detail.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity and safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
