Summary

We are seeking an  Associate Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who is passionate about helping people, possesses strong negotiation skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Attend remote hearings and depositions
• Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and firm standards are met

Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• 2-5 years of legal experience preferred
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload in a part-time, contract capacity
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• A winning attitude and a commitment to justice
