RN Post Acute LTCCity/State: Lewiston, MaineShift: Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00Contract Length: 13 weeksStart Date: 09/14/2026Job Description:The RN partners with residents and other care providers to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment by providing direct and indirect care in post-acute and long-term care settings.Responsibilities:Work with Alzheimer's/dementia residents on a specialized unit, using verbal and non-verbal communication techniques.Provide nursing and rehab services on a short-term Transitional Rehabilitation Unit.Deliver care on a long-term care unit for residents needing long-term placement.Perform nursing services such as IV therapy, wound care, and geriatric assessment and management.Requirements:Associates in Nursing with a valid State of Maine or compact RN license.1-3 years previous RN experience.Preferred: Medical terminologyRequired: Strong teamwork and communication skills, and flexibility to cover various shifts and float to other units as needed.Client Details Address 93 Campus Avenue City Lewiston State ME Zip Code 04240
